Now you can!
This sequence is really easy and takes only 1 minute!
Some of the benefits:
• It mobilises your major joints and tones your muscles.
• It stimulates circulatory and respiratory systems.
• It increases blood and energy flows to the brains.
• It balances the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems and left and right hemispheres of the brain.
The below yoga sequence can be practiced every day, ideally just after you wake up, e.g. on your way to the bathroom or to the kitchen before breakfast.
You can practice this simple routine at any time of the day – particularly, if you feel anxious or tired – to increase its effectiveness! For instance, it can be done at work before your lunch break or before going to bed.
Once you know this sequence well, it can become your regular morning routine! Enjoy!
